  • Is There Parking?
    Yes, parking is free on the road outside the building. Do not park in the car park as this is reserved for residents
  • What Is The Nearest Station?
    Brent Cross West. 10 minute walk to the studio or a 4 minute drive
  • What Is The Size of The Studio?
    284 sq ft
  • Is There Natural Lighting?
    Yes, we have 2 huge windows which gives off a lot of natural light into the studio.
  • Can I Bring People With Me?
    Yes, but please let us know how many people you are bringing with you when you book.
  • What Are Your Payment Options?
    We currently accept card payments through our online booking system.
  • What Is Included In The Studio?
    Tripod with phone attachment Bright studio with %40 natural lightings Movable furniture Soft box Dressing Table Clothing Rail JBL Speakers Content assistant to take your content with your own devices (for additional cost)
  • Is There A Deposit?
    No. We request full payment up front on completion of booking
  • What If I Need To Cancel?
    We allow rescheduling one time if we are informed at least 24 hours before the booking either through Instagram or Email. If you fail to inform us within the specified notice period, we are unable to reschedule your session. We do not offer refunds
  • What Happens If I Need More Time In The Studio?
    Please contact us via Instagram or email if you require more time and we will let you know if there is availability. Overtime is charged at £50/hour.
  • I Need Someone To Take My Content
    The owner of STUDIO THIЯTEEN is available to take your content at £50/hour. There is an option to add this to your booking on the website.
  • I Need a Make Up Artist / Hairstylist And/Or A Professional Photographer?
    Please contact us via email or Instagram. We work alongside a selection of both photographers & Make-up Artists that we can recommend and can help you secure the best possible rates
  • I Need A Photography E-Commerce Backdrop
    We work alongside a studio within the building that provides professional photography back drops. Please contact us for more info.
